III. End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Pvpmania

By installing, accessing, or playing "Pvpmania," the end-user (hereinafter "You") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). This EULA constitutes a legal agreement between You and Colmod.

• 1. Grant of Limited License: Colmod grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to install and use "Pvpmania" solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, on compatible devices that You own or control. This license is for the use of the game in object code form only.
• 2. Restrictions on Use: You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
  • (a) Sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer "Pvpmania" or any rights to it.
  • (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of "Pvpmania," except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  • (c) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon "Pvpmania."
  • (d) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on or in "Pvpmania."
  • (e) Use "Pvpmania" for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Colmod.
  • (f) Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify "Pvpmania."
  • (g) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers, accounts, or networks connected to "Pvpmania."
• 3. Ownership: Colmod retains all right, title, and interest in and to "Pvpmania," including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. This EULA grants You a limited license to use the game, not an ownership interest in "Pvpmania."
• 4. Disclaimers of Warranty: "Pvpmania" is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Colmod does not warrant that "Pvpmania" will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• 5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colmod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the game; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the game; (c) any content obtained from the game; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• 6. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 7. Amendments: Colmod reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of "Pvpmania" after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA terms.
• 8. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately and automatically without notice from Colmod if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of "Pvpmania" and destroy all copies thereof.
